Jackets, another important accessory in fishing are available in two lengths: Long and Short. The long jacket is usually worn to wade through shallow water or while fishing from a boat. When using chest waders, wear short jacket as bottom portion of long ones get wet in water. This makes carrying lure and other necessities very convenient. A hat equipped with a visor is good since you need some shade while gazing into the water.
If you are a good angler, you would always carry three stashes of lure and tackle box where the first one is meant for home stockpile, the larger and second one for the boat and third is for the car. That way, you will always be covered in the event of a loss or other mishap. All purchases of supplies should be completed in the beginning of the season, especially if you are contemplating to fish at night.
